I recently stayed at Granny Mouse for my birthday weekend and it was a truly blissful experience. The staff, including the gardeners, receptionists, restaurant staff, cleaners. The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, providing a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The spa was a highlight, offering indulgent treatments and massages. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the omelette and the wine tasting. The attention to detail, with robes and slippers provided in the room, added a luxurious touch to my stay.

I would recommend this hotel.

The facilities and decor in the rooms were awesome. Loved the quaintness of the restaurants and bar areas. The decor was cottagy without overdoing it and the food and service was as spectacular as we expected.

Wireless facilities in the room was not very good.

the food was dissappointing. i had a salmon pasta which had too much creamy source ( made me very sick) and my sister had a trout that did not taste or look like a trout more like a hake fillet. a bit pricy for the above

the food in the bistro was average and A little dissappointing.

Loved the surroundings and facilities. Wonderful little touches to make it all special. bedroom was amazing, loved the turndown chocolates.

We had a fantastic stay at Granny Mouse! The value for our money was great and the room was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the river and surrounding nature. The location was perfect for exploring the Midlands, and the staff treated us like royalty, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The morning meal could have had a wider variety of food, especially for vegetarians.

Directions to the destination were well placed along our route. The staff are very friendly, well-trained and courteous. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The premises and gardens are kept in pristine condition. We had a fantastic time and will return in the near future.

The dinner menu in the main restaurant is perhaps a bit limited in choice and could be extended slightly.

Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, fantastic spa with highly skilled therapists, delicious food at the on-site restaurant, friendly and attentive staff, beautifully maintained grounds with a magnificent view, professional and friendly staff.

we had an incredible stay at a newly revamped establishment in balgowan. the spa treatments were the best we've had, and the food was amazing thanks to the chef. the service and friendliness of the staff was felt with every interaction. the location was perfect with lots to do nearby. the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped.
